1. Who we are

EPREL Labels is a Shopify app developed by Solus Ventures (appsupport@solus.ie). We help Shopify merchants display official EU energy labels on their storefronts in compliance with EU energy labelling regulations.

2. What data we collect

When you install EPREL Labels, we collect and store:

• Your Shopify store domain
• Your subscription plan and billing status
• The EPREL registration codes you sync to your products
• The number of products you have synced
• OAuth access tokens required to write product metafields on your behalf

We do not collect any customer data from your store. We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any personally identifiable information from your customers.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• Authenticate your Shopify store and maintain your session
• Write EU energy label data to your product metafields
• Track your subscription plan and enforce product limits
• Display your current plan and sync status in the app dashboard

4. EPREL data

Energy label data is fetched from the official EU EPREL registry (eprel.ec.europa.eu) operated by the European Commission. This data is publicly available under EU regulations. We cache EPREL data on our servers to improve performance and reduce load on the EPREL API. We do not sell or share EPREL data.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Render (render.com) in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is retained for 30 days after you uninstall the app, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Third party services

We use the following third party services:

• Shopify - app platform and billing
• Render - server and database hosting
• EPREL (European Commission) - energy label data source

7. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us at appsupport@solus.ie. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of your request.
